How do I enable reminders?

Go to the Reminders tab, tap the + button, and create a reminder. Enable notifications when prompted. You can also manage notification settings in the app’s Settings.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored locally on your device. If you’re signed into iCloud, it may also sync to your personal iCloud account—we never see or store your data on our servers.

Can I export my intake logs?

Yes. On the Dashboard, tap the share icon in the Recent Intake section to export your logs as a CSV file.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings → Data Management → Select Data to Purge. Choose what to delete and tap Purge Selected Data.
