NutCase is designed with your privacy as a top priority. We believe your personal data should remain yours, and we've built this app to respect that principle.

Local Data Storage Only

All data you create in NutCase—including your intake logs, reminders, preferences, favorites, and allergy settings—is stored exclusively on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or store any of your data on external servers or cloud services that we control.

No Data Collection

We do not collect, track, or analyze any personal information. NutCase does not use analytics services, advertising networks, or any third-party data collection tools. Your usage of the app remains completely private.

No External Connections

NutCase operates entirely offline. The app does not establish connections to external servers, APIs, or third-party services. All nutritional information and nut data is included within the app itself, requiring no internet connection to function.

iCloud (Optional)

If you are signed into iCloud on your device, your data may sync to your personal iCloud account using Apple’s infrastructure. We do not control or have access to your iCloud data. This sync is optional—you can sign out of iCloud to keep all data stored only on your device.

Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data. You can delete any or all of your personal data at any time using the Data Management section in Settings. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from your device and, if applicable, from your iCloud account.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to any third parties. Since we don't collect or store your data on our servers, there is nothing to share. Your privacy is protected by design.

Cookies (Website)

This website uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential cookies: We store your cookie consent preference in local storage so we do not ask again on return visits. This is necessary for compliance with EU cookie laws.
• Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google’s servers to display typography. Google may collect your IP address when fonts are requested. No cookies are set by Google for font delivery.
